Week 68-69: Name is open!

For week 68-69, the word is "name." I'll give some definitions below, but so much potential, play loose and fast with this one!

Notes: We're doing TWO WEEKS for this prompt, so you have a little extra time to find inspiration and write it up. And don't forget, new closing time is 4pm Los Angeles time, so you have a bit more time on Saturdays to make it to the deadline.

name

noun
1.a word or a combination of words by which a person, place, or thing, a body or class, or any object of thought is designated, called, or known. i.e., MCKAY!
2.mere designation, as distinguished from fact: He was a king in name only. As time passed, Teyla felt more and more that she was using a name she had no right to, when she called herself the leader of her people.
3.an appellation, title, or epithet, applied descriptively, in honor, abuse, etc. The scientist knew that the military officer felt something for him, but was it lust...or love?!
4.a reputation of a particular kind given by common opinion: to protect one's good name.
5.a distinguished, famous, or great reputation; fame: to make a name for oneself. ....too easy you guys, too easy.

verb (used with object)
12.to give a name to: to name a baby.
13.to accuse: He was named as the thief. Je m'accuse!!
14.to call by an epithet: They named her speedy. She named them namers.
15.to identify, specify, or mention by name: Three persons were named in the report.
16.to designate for some duty or office; nominate or appoint: I have named you for the position.
